So I started working out a few months ago.. and I’ve now decided to blog about it since ive actually taking a huge liking to it…

Soo ill start of just explaining myself. I come from a family of big people. I grew up with very obese parents and soon after an overweight older sister.. there was never really any nutritional education. I was a fairly skinny kid growing up so I didnt have any concern.. it wasnt till I was about 16 when I started to show any weight gain. Ive gone back and from losing 15 pounds, Gaining 20 and repeat.. till I hit 206 pounds back in april 2013. I couldnt have this.. so here I am now in october 2013 and im currently at 175 pounds.. sure that seems like a while to lose that. But there was a lot of fighting with my brain the first few weeks/months to understand that I didnt need to eat all day long with snacks…

So here we are. My fat loss journey…
